Nature of the Site

Talbot County Released Inmates is a private reference resource. It keeps no official records and cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or file a request or court paper for a visitor.

The pages point toward Talbot County detention and release-record sources, Maryland government portals, federal locators, and outside research tools. The agency that created a record remains responsible for its official content.

Acceptable Use Rules

Visitors must use the site lawfully and without harming others or the service.

• Do not violate any applicable law.
• Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not use content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, or another FCRA-covered decision.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access to the site or its systems.

FCRA Use Is Prohibited

Talbot County Released Inmates is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not supply background checks, credit reports, consumer reports, or screening services, and neither do its advertising partners through this site. By using these pages, you agree not to apply their information to:

• Hiring, firing, or another employment decision
• Tenant selection or any housing decision
• Creditworthiness, lending, or insurance premiums
• Licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility
• Any other purpose regulated by the FCRA

Links to Other Services

The site links to county release-record information, corrections and sheriff pages, court portals, legal resources, federal locators, and outside search services. A link is not an endorsement. We do not control a destination’s content, privacy practices, data handling, availability, or terms, which visitors should review for themselves.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent allowed by law, no warranty is made that:

• Information is accurate, complete, or current
• The service will always be available without interruption
• The site is free from every error, bug, or security weakness
• A partner search will return every relevant result

Custody status and government records can change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from Talbot County Corrections, the Sheriff’s Office, a court, DPSCS, or another agency.
